Other Events:

Berea Faculty tour group spent a night at PMSS, October 16.

A fall forest fire spread from Little Laurel to PMSS acreage, burning an area above the campus, and moving down to the campus entrance before it was contained. Fortunately, no PMSS buildings were damaged.

A plan to renovate and restore Far House was changed when it was established that there was not an adequate support structure to make it possible to jack up the building. It was then voted to remove the building, preserving the terrace and the interior (living room) fireplace chimney.
