The materials found within the Administrative General and Financial series include various records often not directly related to a specific Director but related to the general administration of the institution of Pine Mountain Settlement School while under the guidance of a current Director.
Administrative General Correspondence is arranged by year and covers a variety of interactions. Information and records are incomplete and do not represent a full administrative record at this time.
The General Office Files include a Finance section. The material in this series may overlap with files under individual Directors and also under the series GOVERNANCE.
ADMIN General and Financial: Locations of Files
Collections of financial materials currently held at West Wind are distinct from those held in the archival collections at the Library or Boy’s House Archival Collections and most are not processed. MOST ADMINISTRATIVE FINANCIAL RECORDS ARE STILL RETAINED in the WEST WIND BUILDING – lower level.
Administrative files related to workers, salaries and wages, operational schedules and computer files, record lists, etc., are generally found WITHIN THE ARCHIVE AT BOY’S HOUSE (LIBRARY).
CURRENT FILES ARE HOUSED AND MAINTAINED IN THE OFFICE.
