Robin Lambert, Tuscaloosa, AL, was appointed Director of PMSS at a called meeting of the Board of Trustees at Berea KY, July 19, 1997. Robin and her husband, Robert Gipe, moved to PMSS and she assumed duties August 1, 1997. Robert Gipe assumed his position in the Appalachian Studies Department, Southeast Community College, Cumberland KY.
