STUDENTS and STAFF WWII Military Service

This partial list of PMSS students and staff who served in the U.S. Military during World War II was primarily compiled using information from the PMSS publication, The Pine Cone. According to a 1947 issue, 156 students and staff (men) served. The largest list came from The Pine Cone of May 1943, consisting of 120 men. Other names were found in the 1944 Conifer. Six soldiers were killed in the line of duty.

This list continues to be updated to include men and women identified in other source material. We believe we are missing at least twenty names and will add their names as they become available. The list does not include the Vietnam War.
