“New Room Added to Library: The room across the hall from the library has recently been made into a reading room. With fresh paint on the walls one would hardly recognize it as an old classroom. The shelves have been rearranged and now contain all the reference books such as the World Almanac, Atlas, Lincoln Library, Encyclopedia and several others. Current magazines are also kept in this room and special shelves have been given the teachers for their reserve books.”; rules concerning the use of reference books and magazines.
