Enveloped postmarked Pine Mountain, Kentucky, January 18, 1928.  Contains two letters from Alberto:  “Dear Nonna I theat thet your littes wer veas nis.” [sic] and “Dear h b I wint you to rit to me”

Alberto.  In envelope with letter of Ethel’s postmarked January 20, 1928.  “Dear Nonna Have you got my tadl colth yet” [sic]

Alberto. February 23, 1928.  “Dear Nonna, I am going on a picnic thitw Aunt Kay…” [sic]

Alberto. “Dear Nonna Sept. 20 I am going to answer your last letter that you sent me.  School opened on the 14th of this month.” folded with “Dear Nonna I am going to answer the last letter that you sent to me.”  [two versions of same letter]

Alberto. Postmarked Asheville, North Carolina, December 20, 1930.  “Dec 19 Dear Nonna and aunt Helen I hope that you have a happy christmas.”

Alberto. September 20, 1937.  “Dear Nonna, I want to send my wishes for a very happy birthday for you.”
