…training was continued for a group of unemployed fathers.

Dulcimer-making, introduced experimentally, became a major avocation of staff member Jess Patterson.

Berea College sent visitors from Kenya and Thailand to PMSS.

With the assistance of the “unemployed fathers” and “youth employment” PMSS raised sorghum cane, and made sorghum molasses.
