christensen_1928-08-18. August 18, 1928. Angela Melville to Abby W. Christensen in Warner, NH, reporting on Victor Shoemaker who has been asked to come and take his Latin exam so he may apply to Berea for college. Melville also reports on “Paddy” a PMSS cat and his companion, “Peter Pan.” Refers to Abby Winnie as an “Old Worker” in the correspondence.
