The following photographs capture the activity of students and staff at Pine Mountain Settlement School. When donated to Pine Mountain Settlement School in 2018, the negatives were in four separate envelopes signaling there were distinct groups of images. In cataloging the envelope holdings, however, it was discovered that many of the “collections” overlapped in content. Upon the completion of the inventory, it was necessary to abandon the numeric order of the images and re-order the images based on the obvious association of images.
Many of the people in the photographs remain unidentified. If you know the identity of the individuals in the photographs we would appreciate assistance in their identification.
