This photograph of the 1920 Graduating Class was included in a brochure titled “Pine Mountain Settlement School, Inc., Pine Mountain, Harlan County, Kentucky.” The pamphlet provided a history of the School, descriptions of current projects and additional photographs of the School buildings, activities, students and community. It was dated September 1920 and was probably used for publicity and fundraising purposes.
